The Requirements Lab began when a single question changed a classroom: “How do we teach analysts to influence outcomes, not just write requirements?”
Bianca de Villiers is an IIBA-aligned Business Analyst, coach, and digital transformation practitioner with over a decade of experience across the healthcare and financial services sectors. Known for her analytical depth, calm leadership style, and people-first approach, she has built her career around helping organizations understand their needs, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful, sustainable change.
With 10 years’ hands-on experience in business analysis, process optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives, Bianca brings a unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered coaching. She has worked closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and business leaders to map processes, elicit requirements, streamline workflows, and guide teams through strategic transformation.
As the founder of The Requirements Lab, Bianca now channels her passion for developing others into coaching, mentoring, and training the next generation of Business Analysts. Her mission is simple: to make high-quality business analysis skills accessible, practical, and aligned to globally recognised standards like the IIBA’s BABOK® Guide.
